We have participated in the Humanitarian Leadership Development Workshop held by the Hong Kong Red Cross to explore the subject of Humanitarian Leadership. Research has shown that current and future generations of our workforce will increasingly demand a different style of leadership. We believe that there is a correlation between humanitarian and coaching styles of leadership. Participating in the workshop allows us to explore the topic of Empathy, Understanding, Respect and Trust. Both of our communication and negotiation skills are further developed.
